Responsibilities
Design and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions
Build plug-ins (C#), client-side scripts (JS/TypeScript), and PCF controls
Develop Power Automate flows and custom connectors
Create REST-based integrations and Azure-powered extensions
Contribute to architecture reviews and agile ceremonies
Implement security roles, data models, and governance standards
Document and communicate technical solutions clearly
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong development skills in C# (plugins) and JavaScript/TypeScript
Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps
Experience integrating CRM with Azure services or REST APIs
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and source control
