Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with facility leadership (quarterly visits required)
Oversee provider and assistant success and retention
Manage scheduling, dispatch, and emergency coverage
Coordinate with Shared Services and Recruiting
Own customer follow-up, visit execution, and local compliance
Own P&L and cost control initiatives for the region
Qualification
Required
5+ years in multi-site operations or healthcare services
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset; experience with dashboard KPIs
Preferred
Mobile care, logistics, and / or PACE background a strong plus
