Responsibilities

Own program-level planning and execution across multiple IT infrastructure and operations workstreams

Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and dependency maps

Run governance processes including RAID logs, decision tracking, and structured status reporting

Lead recurring cadences such as standups, working sessions, stakeholder updates, and steering meetings

Coordinate cross-functional delivery across systems engineering, service desk, security, cloud operations, and vendors

Manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining controlled execution

Partner effectively with vendor project managers in a dual-PM delivery model

Produce concise, high-quality artifacts such as one-pagers, dashboards, and executive summaries

Ensure changes follow operational discipline and change-control best practices

Proven success driving multiple concurrent technical programs

Strong schedule, dependency, and risk management discipline

Vendor management experience (SOWs, milestones, governance)

Calm, resilient, collaborative, and easy to work with

High ownership, low ego

Comfortable shifting priorities without losing delivery control

Storage/backup technologies (Commvault, Cohesity, Druva, Veeam, etc.)

Windows engineering and endpoint management fundamentals

IAM (SailPoint, Azure AD/Entra, Okta fundamentals)

Cloud & hybrid infrastructure experience

Strong grounding in operations, monitoring, incident/change processes

SAN/storage architecture exposure

ITSM tool migration experience

Working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks
