Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
Assist with case strategy and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters
Qualification
Required
2+ years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
Licensed in New Jersey and in good standing
Preferred
Insurance defense experience preferred; plaintiff-side experience will be considered
