Leadership and Enterprise Development - Sr Learning Professional

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Senior Learning Professional to design and develop advanced learning programs that align with organizational objectives. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of learning programs, collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify needs, and implementing effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced learning programs and materials that align with organizational objectives and goals
Lead, design and deliver the enterprise development training roadmap based for operational and professional initiatives. Manage the entire lifecycle of learning programs from design to evaluation
Translate long term organizational capability requirements and understanding of critical roles into the career development planning process
Continuously measure the effectiveness of enterprise development programs and determine strategic process improvements needed to ensure programs are addressing organizational needs
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with external vendors, instructional designers, and consultants to source and implement high-quality learning content and services
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of learning programs. Utilize analytics to continuously improve learning initiatives
Leverage cutting-edge learning technologies, such as advanced e-learning platforms, virtual reality, or other innovative tools to enhance the learning experience
Play a role in change management initiatives by designing and implementing learning programs that support organizational change
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior learning professionals
Monitor, track, and report on organization-wide training programs in addition to specialized training programs that address the learning and development needs of a department, position and/or functional area
Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in learning and development. Incorporate innovative approaches into learning strategies
Provide regular and comprehensive reports to leadership on the effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' related experience in instructional design methodology and practice
Experience developing employee and leadership development courses and modules
Experience in classroom delivery and facilitation of development training in a corporate setting
Broad knowledge and experience creating and delivering people and organization development strategies and solutions that specifically address critical business needs
Experience developing and implementing HR processes and programs such as succession planning, leadership programs, employee development, and career planning
Experience with program assessments and evaluations, succession methodologies and facilitation
Exceptional project management skills with expertise in creating and managing programs involving key cross-functional and diverse stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills tailored to different audiences (employees, managers, executives)
Maintain a high degree of integrity, credibility, and trustworthiness always, along with the ability to influence successful outcomes
People-focused, self-motivated, and forward-thinking personality
Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask a variety of tasks and projects with quickly evolving talent priorities
Able to work independently and work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
