Inside Sales - Aftermarket

Responsibilities
Manage parts order entry, revisions, and coordination with feeder factories
Create accurate quotations for parts and related service items
Assist customers in identifying the correct parts, accessories, and compatible options
Provide parts‑related customer service, including availability updates, order status, and basic troubleshooting
Process parts documentation such as order confirmations, shipping requests, and delivery updates
Maintain accurate CRM records for parts inquiries, orders, and customer interactions
Support after‑sales parts service, including issue resolution and documentation requests
Coordinate with factory and operations teams on pricing, lead times, and feasibility for parts
Monitor parts demand trends and assist with forecasting and backlog management
Collaborate with factory personnel to resolve parts discrepancies, shortages, or configuration issues
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service or entry‑level roles involving parts or technical support
Strong customer‑focused communication skills
Ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and manage multiple parts‑related tasks
Team‑oriented mindset with commitment to skill development
Preferred
Exposure to parts sales, supply chain, or related industries
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
