Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution design for strategic customer initiatives
Engage directly with executives and business stakeholders to influence strategy and adoption
Guide Solution Engineers and Consultants, providing coaching and quality oversight
Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought leader, shaping customer outcomes and influencing industry practices
Collaborate closely with Product Development to feed real-world insights into the Guidewire roadmap
Qualification
Required
12+ years in P&C insurance technology, solution architecture, or consulting
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and coach teams
Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms (Guidewire preferred)
Recognized as a trusted advisor by customers; experience presenting to senior leadership
Consulting versatility, communication skills, and industry empathy
Ownership mindset: delivery, quality, cost, scope, timeline
