Responsibilities
Define and articulate a clear product adoption roadmap, endure product governance, market regulation and needs, tracking adoption results, client feedback, strategy results, and develop roadmap per adoption patterns, aligned with client, internal stakeholder needs
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly
Manage KPIs, risk, monitoring and control, ensure market regulation needs
Drive feedback and inputs into product development lifecycle, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration
Work closely with product managers, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility
Track product roadmap delivery, governance and adoption
Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Engage stake holders for testing, sign off and pivot according to the feedback
Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases
Qualification
Required
15+ years of relevant experience
8-10+ years of managerial experience
Broad and diverse function experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and analytics
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
