Responsibilities
Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
Respond promptly and courteously to encourage positive business relationships
Process all work according to SOPs and working practices
Provide feedback to improve service levels and customer support methodology
Demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude
Support sales department by answering questions via phone, email, and fax
Research and report answers to customer/product inquiries
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
May serve as specialized rep for CSR or POC accounts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience using CRM systems preferred
