Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls quickly and clearly, greeting guests with a positive tone and directing them to the right person or department
Take and relay messages accurately, ensuring no details get lost in translation
Handle wake-up call requests with care, confirming times to help guests start their day right
Dispatch security, guest services, and maintenance teams efficiently using radios and paging systems to address guest needs and emergencies
Respond to basic guest inquiries like time, extension numbers, and outlet hours—and stay calm when answering emergency lines
Qualification
Required
Previous guest service or reception experience – You know how to keep callers happy and calm
High school diploma or equivalent – Strong communication starts here
Reliable and flexible schedule – Ready to work weekends and holidays as needed
Clear communicator with a friendly voice – Your tone sets the guest experience
Ability to stay calm under pressure – Emergencies happen, and you're ready to respond smartly
