College Intern -Customer Service
The Metropolitan District Commission is a non-profit municipal corporation providing essential water and sewerage services. They are seeking a college intern for their Customer Service Department, where the intern will assist with customer billing inquiries and maintain customer records.

Responsibilities
Candidate will work within Customer Service billing structure and make contact with customers about their bills, water meters and schedule appointments for meter installations
Candidate will document and record all contact information in customer account
Candidate will research and update corrections for returned customer mailings
Qualification
Required
College student currently enrolled in a BA, BS or Associate's program, in either business or communications
The selected intern must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
Candidate must possess strong verbal & written communications skills to communicate with customers via telephone and email about their account history
Candidate must have good organizational skills, pay close attention to detail and maintain good records

Prior customer service experience preferred
