Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Maintain regular communication regarding orders, schedules, and deliverables
Manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally
Build long-term customer relationships
Identify opportunities for additional work and account growth
Coordinate projects from order intake through completion
Track timelines, deliverables, and production status
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
Ensure accuracy of specifications and documentation
Monitor project performance and report progress
Support retention and expansion of existing accounts
Assist with proposal development and pricing coordination
Track customer opportunities and follow-ups
Contribute to revenue growth through account management
Assist the CEO with planning, strategy, and execution of initiatives
Support development and maintenance of business systems
Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination
Prepare reports, documentation, and operational summaries
Participate in operational and management meetings
Help document and standardize internal workflows
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support implementation of operational tools and systems
Promote consistent procedures across departments
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, client management, operations, or related roles
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with standard office and project management software
Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial operations
Background in customer success, account management, or sales support
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or production management systems
Experience working in small or growing organizations
