Responsibilities

You will shape the sourcing vision for L'Oréal's Beauty Tech plan, developing groundbreaking strategies for IT categories including software, infrastructure, AI, and professional services
Acting as a key business partner, you will build strong alliances with internal stakeholders, influencing pivotal decisions to optimize value and drive innovation across the organization
You will lead high-stakes negotiations and sourcing events (RFx), securing favorable, future-proof contracts, SOWs, and SLAs that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery
You will drive cost optimization initiatives and track key performance indicators, ensuring unwavering compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures related to IT sourcing

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Deep-rooted experience in the IT sector
Sophisticated understanding of strategic procurement methodologies
Visionary insight into IT roadmaps
Proven ability to translate strategic needs into impactful sourcing plans
Exceptional negotiation skills
Expertise in managing contracts, SOWs, and SLAs
Strong analytical skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to influence decision-making
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations
Ability to pioneer and execute groundbreaking sourcing strategies for IT categories, encompassing software (including shadow IT), Infra, Telcom and tech-managed, and professional services

MBA or Master's preferred
