Required

Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Experience in Personnel Management and organizational development
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and build strong team relationships
Proficiency in HR-related technologies and tools
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred

HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
Experience within the retail industry is a bonus
