ICMS LCSW Program Clinician - Special Programs (JR 5491)
PATH is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting individuals experiencing homelessness, and they are seeking an LCSW Clinician to join their Special Programs Team. The Clinician will provide clinical-level support through crisis intervention, assessments, and coordination of care for clients in a Permanent Supportive Housing setting.

Responsibilities
Use clinical training to provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to any program client in need
Provide mental health training and consultation to program staff
Accompany staff on outreach visits and home visits to conduct assessments and provide clinical support
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments as needed per the program's policies and procedures
Connect clients to appropriate levels of mental health and SUD treatment and coordinate care with client's mental health and/or SUD provider
Provide temporary mental health counseling until they can be connected to treatment
Collaborate with the client's assigned case manager/clinical case manager and other team members
Maintains documentation standards as required by the Program and PATH policies, including completing case file notes in a timely manner and maintains a complete, accurate, and current client file with all required documents
Qualification
Required
Current and active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
One (1) year of experience as a Clinical Supervisor in a program(s) that serves populations experiencing homelessness and/or populations suffering from comorbidity
Have employment eligibility verification
Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training
Successfully complete the following as a condition of hire: Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test
Have reliable transportation
A valid driver's license
Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
The ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage
