Responsibilities

Support AS9100 compliance and audit preparation activities
Assist with configuration management reviews and controls
Support change management planning, tracking, and documentation
Perform basic Quality Engineer functions under supervision
Conduct process reviews and risk identification
Develop clear, compliant quality documentation

Required

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Systems, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, at an accredited university; junior or senior standing by fall 2026
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to analyze processes and document findings
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion

Preferred

Previous internship, coursework, or project experience related to quality systems, compliance, or aerospace/defense
