Sales Development Representative (San Francisco)
Infisical is looking to hire exceptional talent to join their teams in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era. The Sales Development Representative will help build the top of the sales funnel and define the outbound go-to-market motion, engaging with founders, engineers, and security leaders on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Develop a deep understanding of Infisical’s product, customer pain points, and use cases
Experiment with messaging, channels, and ICPs to help define what scales
Provide direct feedback from the market to shape our sales motion and positioning
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similarly demanding, quota-driven role
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you're concise, clear, and confident
High urgency and grit — you don't wait to be told what to do, and you take pride in outworking others
Coachable mindset with a desire to constantly improve
Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals, metrics, and competition
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate and work onsite
Preferred
Competitive sports background
Prior SDR / BDR experience at a SaaS company
Experience selling to developers, or technical buyers
Demonstrated interest in sales as a craft (books, podcasts, side projects, etc.)
Experience working at an early-stage startup or fast pace environment
