Technical Program Manager/Delivery Lead

They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager/Delivery Lead to support a complex enterprise initiative, focusing on program leadership and stakeholder influence across various technical workstreams.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple technical workstreams, ensuring alignment between platform governance, solution delivery, and application support teams
Establish and run governance cadences including standups, checkpoints, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings
Own and maintain program artifacts including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decision logs, and action trackers
Build and manage integrated program plans, tracking dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and resource needs
Enforce entry/exit criteria and delivery controls to ensure disciplined execution
Provide clear, concise executive-level updates, status reporting, and high-quality documentation
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
Oversee vendor engagement, ensuring contract adherence, NDA compliance, and coordination with third-party partners
Use data, dashboards, and metrics to monitor progress and surface risks early
Leverage technical understanding of SDLC, DevOps/SRE, and application support to ask the right questions and identify gaps (without acting as the technical owner)
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or delivery initiatives, with hands-on ownership from strategy through execution (this is not a PMO-only role)
Strong governance and control expertise, including cadence management and disciplined artifact ownership
Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated delivery plans across multiple teams and dependencies
Excellent executive communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitation
Technical domain fluency within modern application development and support environments
Experience working with API-driven architectures and integration platforms
Comfort with planning and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, and related dashboards
Mandatory technical exposure: MuleSoft, RTF, Java Spring Boot, AWS
Preferred
API migration experience
Prior experience coordinating across platform, governance, and application support functions
Background working in highly regulated or large enterprise environments
Experience managing multiple vendors within a single program
