Navigate customer inquiries like a pro via phone, email, and online chat
Guide boaters through our extensive product catalog and help them pick the perfect gear
Process orders quickly and accurately, including shipping quotes for freight and international delivery
Follow up to ensure customers are happy and fully equipped for their next voyage
Provide expert advice on special orders, custom products, and marine essentials
Help boost sales through friendly upselling and recommendations
Continuously sharpen your boating knowledge and share it with customers
Support team initiatives, cross-training, and special projects to keep the ship running smoothly
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or higher
Previous call center or customer service experience
Positive, 'can-do' attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep calm in a fast-paced environment
Love for helping customers and being part of a team
Preferred
Boating or marine industry knowledge a big plus
