Responsibilities
Conduct AML investigations on customer and transaction activity
Identify suspicious activity and emerging financial crime typologies
Gather KYC, transaction data, and supporting documentation
Draft case notes and assist with Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs)
Maintain case documentation while meeting SLA, quality, and productivity standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve investigations
Contribute to improving investigation workflows and controls
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of AML, investigations, or compliance experience (payments/fintech a plus)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel; ability to learn SQL and case management tools
High attention to detail and integrity handling sensitive data
