They are seeking an experienced Contract Manager for their surgical supply team to negotiate and manage contracts related to healthcare supplies.

Responsibilities

Develops strategies, with guidance and confirmation from Senior and Lead colleagues, for the efficient and cost effective sourcing of products and services to meet the organizational requirements
Develop and maintain knowledge of respective regional supply markets, competitors, and product innovations assisting with the company’s acquisition strategies for assigned categories
Reviews and analyzes the market, technologies, trends, and purchase history to determine the potential impacts and improvements capable in the market place
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on category strategy, supplier performance, demand planning, and product availability

Required

Must be located in MO or IL as there are some on site meetings
Bachelor's Degree
2-5 years of experience
