Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support of classified and unclassified information systems and peripherals
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to IT systems and their peripherals
Coordinated major repairs to IT systems and peripherals
Support telecommunications, video conferencing, and other media to facilitate remote meetings and briefings
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for communications, IT systems, and Information Assurance
Maintain local networks and assist in establishing and maintaining standalone Local Area Networks and IT assets
Assist in accounting for all communications equipment
Plan and coordinate IT asset administration, maintenance, and security
Administration of IT security updates, hardware, and software
Qualification
Required
6 years of progressive Information Technology (IT) related duties and would be familiar with DoW and DoN cyber security policies and procedures
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science
Preferred
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+)
