Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the company's end-to-end data analytics ecosystem
Review operational workflows to identify critical data points and design standardized data matrices
Assess current data sources to determine available KPIs and propose new ones
Implement connections with ERP/MRP for automated or real-time data extraction
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards for decision-making
Create SOPs, manuals, and standardized templates for data ingestion and transactional files
Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify trends and bottlenecks
Automate data flows and transformations using Power Query, SQL, or ERP integrations
Ensure data quality through controls, audits, and reconciliations
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and IT teams
Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiativesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reports
Maintain accurate ERP data and apply inventory best practices (FIFO, WIP)
Analyze large datasets and ensure compliance with reporting standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of data analytics experience in manufacturing
Advanced ERP systems experience (Required)
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and database systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
