Amenities Assistant
Leland Management is seeking an Amenities Assistant for one of their communities in the Melbourne, FL area. The role involves providing administrative and physical support to the Association’s Amenity Center while interacting professionally with residents, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities
Greet and verify the status of residents and their guests using pool and Amenity Center facilities
Maintain courteous communication with residents, vendors, and guests
Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and assist visitors
Assisting with events, including set-up, monitoring, and break down
Monitor occupancy levels during large events in accordance with local fire codes
Monitoring all private rentals to ensure compliance with Association Rules & Regulations
Enforce HOA pool rules and regulations in a courteous, but firm manner
Performing multiple walks of the Amenity Center and tallying occupancy
Closing of the Amenity Center at 9:00pm during scheduled shifts
Document incidents that require Management or First Responder action
Light janitorial duties, including wiping down tables & chairs and removing trash bags
Ensure pool furniture is organized, and the area remains clean and free of trash/debris
Check restrooms periodically for cleanliness and supplies
Accepting payments using cash, credit card, or other electronic means
Qualification
Required
This position requires the candidate to work on weekends, nights (until at least 9:30pm) and holidays
Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable and punctual
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Able to lift/carry items up to 25 pounds
