Responsibilities
Oversee technician performance on every job to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Conduct weekly sales meetings focused on residential trends, channel performance, and technician success
Collaborate with technicians to design effective residential HVAC system solutions
Drive the communication of seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
Track and analyze key sales KPIs, including gross close rate and average ticket size
Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone
Coach and review technician sales performance on a bi-monthly basis
Ensure compliance with company standards and accurate job reporting
Provide real-time support and scheduling leadership
Participate in ongoing technical and leadership training
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven success in HVAC sales, specifically in residential consumer environments
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with verifiable performance metrics
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Experience with technician coaching and performance reviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email tools, and CRM technology
A committed and progressive work history
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
Clean motor vehicle record with an active driver's license
LicenseAndCertificationCriteria: EPA Type II (Required)
Preferred
2+ years of team leadership or training experience
