Responsibilities
Work on project related activities, such as Onboarding and Offboarding and Talent Management processes. Assist with process mapping and process improvements (pre-hire, onboarding, employee lifecycle management)
Support integration activities related to current and new HR processes. Conduct data reviews and audits of HR system data to ensure completeness of documentation. Identify gaps and assist HR staff with making corrections where necessary
Perform data analytics around recruiting and retention
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in bachelor's degree program related to Human Resources, Organizational Design, and or Business Administration
Experience with MS Office, etc
Motivated self-starter, operates independently, etc
Strong communication skills, etc
