Sourcing and originating new client opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients
Coordinating strategic capital solutions
Identifying and connecting with specialty finance businesses and lenders seeking capital
Managing the transaction process
Collaborating with internal teams to execute transactions
Regular communication with clients
Detailed market research
Qualification
Required
Strong network and relationship-building skills within the financial services, specialty finance, and lender finance industries
Business development and origination expertise, with the ability to identify and pursue high-potential opportunities
Experience with fund structuring, capital raising, and financial advisory services
Deep understanding of the specialty finance and lender finance markets, including asset-based lending and alternative financial services
Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presenting insights to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

MBA or other advanced degree
