Accurately apply daily cash receipts and maintain customer account records
Review and approve new customer account setups
Resolve billing questions and payment discrepancies
Communicate with internal teams to support smooth operations
Participate in process improvements and contribute to team goals
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP)
High attention to detail and professional communication skills
