Sr. Program Manager, Home Charging
Tesla is a leader in sustainable energy solutions, and they are seeking a Sr. Program Manager for their Residential Energy team. This role involves establishing program goals, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the growth of home charging programs.

Responsibilities
Establish clear targets for programs in conjunction with leadership direction and operational parameters. Maintain alignment across stakeholders on strategy and goals
Own performance to program goals – including sales, growth, and customer satisfaction. Set action plans and communicate clearly across teams to achieve targets. Track tasks, milestones, deliverables and hold other teams accountable to progress. Proactively identify major risks to program performance and develop / propose strategies to mitigate
Leverage insights from customer and market data to analyze Tesla’s position, market share, competitor products, pricing, customer sentiment and success – help identify pain points and opportunities and create and implement plans to address
Develop new commercial offerings (e.g. bundling, financing, etc.). Support the success of new hardware / software product launches working closely with Engineering, New Product Introduction / Launch, Finance, Marketing, etc
Forge new partnerships and support/expand existing channel relationships in collaboration with sales and business development teams
Collaborate with analytics/data functions to put in place the necessary tools to track performance to program KPIs, ensure dissemination of reporting to various audiences is timely and relevant, and enable data-driven decision making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
7+ years of work experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Management Consulting, Finance and/or other related fields
Extremely organized and comfortable managing a high degree of complexity, and embraces change and rapid pace of work
Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, organizational tools (Confluence, JIRA) required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence multiple teams at various levels of the organization
Structured communication with the ability to present to executive team both in visual and verbal means
Preferred
Charging or Energy industry experience strongly preferred
