Provide direction to the wet utilities crew, assign tasks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment
Manage project lifecycles including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols to ensure everyone goes home safe
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain top-tier workmanship
Manage equipment maintenance, procurement, and maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
Proactively identify project bottlenecks and develop solutions to minimize disruptions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in underground wet utilities construction
At least 5 years in a supervisory/leadership role
Extensive knowledge of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and budgets
Deep understanding of construction best practices and safety regulations (OSHA)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
