Responsibilities
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and align agent journeys, workflows, and platform capabilities
Conduct current-state analysis, documenting processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration
Lead requirements elicitation activities including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
Develop future-state requirements, use cases, and functional documentation to support delivery teams
Perform gap analysis across systems and processes, identifying risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
Support convergence efforts across tools, platforms, and workflows to enable seamless user experiences
Facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams, translating requirements into actionable deliverables
Participate in ongoing stakeholder meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment efforts
Track risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives and proactively escalate when needed
Contribute to product ownership responsibilities including prioritization support and backlog refinement as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and use-case development
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders
Experience working within cross-functional environments involving multiple systems and teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration or transformation initiatives
Familiarity with agent desktop tools, workflow platforms, or customer-facing systems
Experience working within Agile environments or product-focused teams
