Responsibilities
Performs weekly sales and P&L analysis
Prepare weekly reports on EBT activity
Prepare month-end financials and supplemental management reports
Performs invoicing activities and financial reconciliation
Perform variance analysis
Assist in the preparation for the quarterly SD meeting
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
Prepare adhoc reports for our executive and management team
Prepares periodic reports on utility usage and consumption vs budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Two years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point
Detail oriented
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-driven and highly motivated individual that is willing to learn and grow with the company
