Responsibilities
Lead and support Salesforce implementations and migrations from one org to another
Work hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL to build and customize Salesforce solutions
Perform data migration, validation, and post-migration support
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues across environments
Support integrations with third-party systems where required
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform with hands-on development experience
Proven experience in Salesforce org migrations or large-scale implementations
Hands-on expertise in Apex scripting and related Salesforce development tools
Ability to work at a technical depth and 'get hands dirty' when needed
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)
Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, Architect)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
