GDI Master Principal Solution Engineer HCM
Oracle is a leading company in AI and cloud solutions, and they are seeking a Master Principal Solution Engineer focused on Human Capital Management for their Government, Defense & Intelligence team. Responsibilities
Build and deliver high-quality, compelling Oracle presentations and product demonstrations that capture the imagination of customers
Develop deep expertise in Oracle solutions, translating advanced product features, benefits, and future directions into clear value for customers
Collaborate closely with our product development organization, staying connected to what’s next for Oracle
Act as the go-to functional expert for less experienced SEs, sharing your insights and experience
Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders, expanding our base of referenceable federal customers
Formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants
Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions
Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants
Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations
Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process
Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions
Qualification
Required
A background in areas such as systems integration, presales or post-sales consulting, Oracle applications training, business analysis, or as a user of SaaS/on-premises applications
A passion for partnering with Federal customers to support their mission and address meaningful real-world challenges
Skill at crafting strategic messages and demonstrating Oracle's competitive edge
Experience collaborating with colleagues to build compelling storyboards for complex, cross-functional solutions
Preferred
Desired understanding of unique Federal HR requirements and processes
Desired ability to build and interpret reports, dashboards, and KPIs based on complex HR data structures
Desired awareness of Federal security needs such as FedRAMP and federal Cloud deployment models

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
