Preparing documents and reports
Maintaining trainee and program records
Supporting compliance requirements
Coordinating onboarding activities
Assisting with the credentialing of residents and fellows into the organization
Ensuring accurate data management
Timely completion of requirements
Effective communication contributing directly to accreditation needs and the overall success of the GME enterprise
Managing the day-to-day administrative and programmatic activities that ensure smooth operations across GME programs and affiliated departments
Preparing documents and communications of varying complexity
Managing trainee and program data
Monitoring required compliance and documentation
Maintaining organized records
Preparing reports
Coordinating meetings and events
Responding to inquiries from trainees, program directors, faculty, and internal partners
Supporting the credentialing and onboarding of residents and fellows into the organization, ensuring required documentation, access, and system activations are completed accurately and on time
Contributing directly to the successful execution of institutional accreditation requirements
Helping advance the strategic goals of the GME enterprise
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate or equivalent required
3+ years relevant experience required
