Responsibilities

Design and build energy regulatory compliance programming and systems
Design and build corporate compliance programming and systems
Assess standards, procedures and accountability structures for functional areas and lead department's participation in enterprise-wide assessments of strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities to the business

Required

An undergraduate degree and relevant professional certifications are required
At least 10 years of experience directing governance and compliance for energy companies
Ability to manage people, write clearly and concisely, exercise objective judgment when evaluating matters related to ethics or conflicts, work cross functionally, assess risks and mitigants, prioritize and lead critical workstreams, assess and communicate impacts and design and implement processes, procedures and systems across geographies and subject matters

Preferred

Experience with enterprise risk assessments and audit is preferred
