Responsibilities
Practically apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
Apply variety of principles to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Interpret service manuals, blueprints and related documents
Use standards shop measuring devices (calipers and micrometers)
Able to lift and exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
Certain areas may require mandatory/random drug testing
Qualification
Required
High School graduate or equivalent
6 months experience in manufacturing and/or quality or Aerospace environment
Preferred
Understanding or ability to learn the use of measuring gauges such as manual calipers
