Program Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
Learn and serve as the subject matter expert for current Tech Rally Flex inventory and program processes
Coordinate TRF product inventory and logistics, and communicate directly with clients throughout the full activation lifecycle to ensure program success
Travel approximately 30 percent to client destinations to receive products, complete onsite setup and display activation, support events, and manage teardown and return shipments
Always represent Brand Revolution and its clients professionally, with a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused approach
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date TRF software database, including:
Adding new products
Creating reports and spreadsheets
Documenting inventory damage and ordering replacements when needed
Improving processes to support clear access and understanding
Receive inbound and returned client inventory
Open, inspect, and quality check all inbound inventory, including shipping containers
Identify, pull, and document damaged items or issues
Track event returns to stay on schedule and contact customers if delays arise
Reconcile returned items against original client orders and outbound shipment logs
Record and report damaged or missing items
Coordinate replacements for damaged inventory, containers, or materials as needed
Clean and charge products when required
Return approved items to inventory in a ship-ready condition
Receive new products and complete system setup, labeling, and inventory entry
Accurately pull ship-ready inventory based on client orders
Create, print, and apply shipping labels to outbound inventory
Update order status and record tracking details in the order tracking system
Schedule pickups and ensure timely shipment of all client order items
Print appropriate labels
Manage visual database of inventory items
Assign warehouse space for inventory storage
Create reports as needed and requested
Manage receipt of freight, including unloading trucks
Create custom packaging and installations
Maintain warehouse for cleanliness and safety
Make deliveries and pickups using company vehicle
Refuel and wash company truck as needed
Elevate issues as needed for rapid resolution
Interact with inter-company team members as necessary to ensure project direction and completion
Follow all Brand Revolution company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned or required at manager’s direction
Qualification
Required
Able to report to Leander, TX warehouse daily
Able to travel up to 30% by land and air
Age 21+ as required for Driver insurance coverage
Valid Texas Class C Driver License
Record of safe driving for preceding 3 years as reported by MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations
1-2 years' experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check, in accordance with applicable laws
Will need to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Meticulous showing passion for organization and quality
Demonstrates reliability and superior time management skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite (e.g., creates documents, maintains spreadsheets sends/receives email, manages calendar), interactive online forums like Slack, and virtual meeting rooms like Zoom, Teams, etc
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in both traditional and non-traditional settings; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, balance, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate (up to 50 pounds) amounts of weight; to operate various equipment required to perform job; may be required to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information
