Responsibilities
Helps applicants and existing students develop a plan for meeting their educational expenses while attending Platt College
Assists students with the financial aid application process
Executes many of the steps required to secure aid funds including packaging, verification, requesting draws, refund calculations, file audits and entrance/exit interviews
Qualification
Required
Understanding of current Title IV, federal and state regulations regarding Financial Aid
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to effectively communicate sensitive financial information to prospective and current customers in an understandable manner
High School Degree or GED is required
Preferred
Associate degree or above in related fields of accounting, finance, business, administrations, etc. is preferred
Prior related work experience is a plus
