Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound leads and existing customers into pest control services through consultative, phone-based selling, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities
Sell pest control services on the phone to new and existing customers (no cold calling)
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by presenting tailored pest control solutions·
Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and/or making outbound calls to existing customers to upsell services or to prospects who inquired via online channels
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of inside sales experience preferred; candidates with customer service, sales, or customer retention experience will also be considered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and effectively present solutions
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
