Desktop Support Specialist
Endries International, Inc. is a leading distributor of fasteners and other class 'c' commodities. They are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide tech support for employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage helpdesk tickets.

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for employee IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
Set up laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals
Install software, updates, and security patches
Support Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory
Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
Walk users through solutions and provide friendly tech training
Assist with IT upgrades, rollouts, and projects
Keep systems running smoothly and documented
Qualification
Required
2+ years of desktop or IT support experience
Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune
Comfort supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
Basic networking knowledge (Cisco a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
Associate degree in IT required
