Responsibilities

State of the art signal processing algorithms for navigation and communication systems (radio navigation, wireless communications, vision navigation, etc.)
Next generation signals for communications, satellite, and radio navigation
Techniques for detecting, locating, and identifying signals

Qualification

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience
Experience with MATLAB, Python, C++, or other modeling and data analysis software tools
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance
Desire to apply a strong math background to real-world applications and to develop skills in communications, navigation, and timing
This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site

Preferred

PhD in mathematics, applied mathematics, or a related discipline
Experience with applying theory to real world applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
The ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationships with people of different backgrounds
