Responsibilities
Purchase equipment for all temperature control projects
Process new project bookings from sales into accounting system
Assist in month-end closing procedures
Monthly progress billings for construction projects
Establish and maintain cordial and functional relationships with factories and suppliers
Collect stock transfers from inventory and input to accounting job cost system
Serve as reliable integrated backup Project Administrator
Provide general administrative support for BI division
Maintain project parts files with purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, bill of material, and transmittal information for 2-3 Project Managers projects
Ensure that job tax schedules and certified payroll rates are correct and updated, as necessary
Issue subcontracts as required and review/approve their invoices
Input change order estimates and SOWs
Other Duties assigned
Qualification
Required
2 years business school or 5 years related work experience
Computer literacy with specific experience using MS Office Products - Outlook, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
