Responsibilities
Actively participate in agile team refinements to understand user stories and acceptance criteria
Own all testing deliverables for assigned features, working independently to ensure quality and timely completion
Coordinate closely with offshore and onshore QA team to execute manual functional, regression, integration, and API testing across web and mobile platforms
Collaborate with developers and business analysts/product owners to define and execute on an overall testing strategy for all systems/applications
Assist in creating automation scripts and contribute to automation coverage
Execute automation tests in Katalon Studio
Support continuous improvement of tech team processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Experience with test management tools
Strong understanding of manual testing concepts
Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
Practical working knowledge of Web, Mobile and API testing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
Preferred
Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Kanban methodology is a plus
Exposure to test automation
Introductory knowledge of a scripting language is a plus
