Responsibilities
Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for Connected Car software cycles; monitor progress and identify potential risks to delivery timelines
Facilitate technical communication between Japanese and overseas teams, ensuring cloud specifications, API requirements, and connectivity protocols are accurately translated and understood
Maintain project logs (RAID) and coordinate with global stakeholders to resolve technical bottlenecks related to system integration and data communication
Prepare bilingual status reports and dashboards for executive leadership and ensure all technical documentation is accurately localized
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional engineering experience in product development and/or a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Bridge SE role within the IT or Manufacturing sectors
Strong technical background with the ability to translate complex software requirements (e.g., cloud, mobile, or embedded) for diverse teams
Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
