Responsibilities
Design, develop and execute artwork for specified product programs using Photoshop and Illustrator
Work with the Product Development team from the concept meeting through artwork execution
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Illustrator a must
Passionate about home product color and trend
Degree in Design or equivalent work experience
Effective communication skills
Ability to communicate and interpret conceptual design ideas
Ability to handle multiple projects with flexibility and ease
Experience in Product Development and plus
Strong organization and follow through skills
Works well in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of floral species and seasonality
Knowledge of floral design: Arrangements, garlands, wreaths, swags & seasonal floral décor
Knowledge of faux floral trend: retailers & seasonal floral décor
