Responsibilities
Manage all department scheduling and logistics
Book meetings, coordinate team calendars, and travel arrangements
Research media opportunities, build and maintain media lists, and write media fact sheets, pitches, and press releases
Manage Angel’s press website and approved theatrical and streaming creative assets
Coordinate with external communications agencies and liaise with Angel senior executives, Investor Relations, and Theatrical Marketing
Track department project deliverables and ensure all deadlines are consistently met on time
Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of public relations experience
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Able to maintain the confidentiality of company information
Must be able to manage multiple assignments at once, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks
Willing to perform an array of tasks both in and out of the office
Able to integrate feedback on tasks and assignments positively and adapt as necessary
A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn quickly
Ability to take individual ownership, execute with high energy and integrity, share context, and insist on candor with positive intent
Positive attitude, understanding that Communications is a relationship-driven function
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
1-2 years of communications internship or entry-level experience
