Responsibilities
Support the delivery of core systems and capabilities by translating product strategy into executable work
Build and develop a team of Business Systems Consultants while remaining directly involved in day-to-day delivery and execution
Work closely with Product Strategists and technology partners to translate strategic direction into clear requirements, milestones, and delivery plans
Remain hands-on through delivery by engaging with system-level considerations such as integrations, vendor-provided platforms, and cross-system dependencies
Take on meaningful ownership in how systems are planned, delivered and supported as the business continues to expand
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements)
Preferred
Experience supporting both customer-facing and internal digital products, with strong technical acumen including familiarity with system-level concepts such as integrations, APIs, and vendor provided platforms
Proven ability to work in agile team environments, with exposure to lean delivery practices that emphasize iterative progress, rapid learning, and data-driven decision making; Demonstrated strength in customer-centered problem-solving, requirements definition
People management experience with the ability to develop, mentor, and support a team
Hands-on experience applying design thinking and human-centered design methods, including HCD and Design Sprints; Ability to establish scalable process standards, templates, and best practices
Working knowledge of process improvement techniques such as Lean and Root Cause Analysis; Experience with process mapping, workflow modeling, and operational analysis
