The position involves ensuring compliance with technical documents, organizing and maintaining documentation, and preparing final data packages for customers.

Responsibilities
Weld log for data entry in Xenon and NDE selection
Perform technical review of shop drawings and reports to ensure compliance with JIS and procedures
Review material test reports (MTRs) for compliance with items and heat numbers listed on the bill of materials section of the spool drawings
Review filler metal material test reports for compliance with heat numbers recorded on the spool travelers
Scan, image, organize, file and maintain documents, adhering to Company’s document lifecycle procedures
Combine documents into a final data package
Maintain and verify lots for welders/line class prior to releasing spools for shipment
Prepare final electronic data package file for customer
Prepare and record documents for shipment to archive facility
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Office skills
JD Edwards skills
