Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Analyze blueprints and schematics to identify potential issues and ensure proper execution of construction plans
Collaborate with construction management teams to oversee project progress and maintain quality control
Collect and document data related to construction processes and materials, reporting findings to management
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and communication purposes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and current
Leverage DoD experience to adhere to regulatory requirements and enhance project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience as a construction project inspector on large, complex, multimillion-dollar DoD projects
Experience with Resident Management Systems (RMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
This position may require frequent and recurring construction inspections, which include walking, climbing, stooping, and bending at various elevations and uneven terrain
